Today I start by Two Marathons in a Month Challenge - to raise funds for Diabetes UK. There’s not a day that goes by at the moment where my blood glucose isn’t low, or hypo. I try so very hard to keep things stable, but for some reason I’m often low, munching Jelly Babies, and wishing I had a working pancreas.

Oh right, that’s right - that’d be the 70-odd things that can affect your blood sugars kicking in - exercise, stress, hormones, heat, cold, etc etc etc.

So, with such fluctuating glucose levels, I’m going into this challenge with the added challenge of trying to keep my blood sugars from being too low.

I’ve watched the videos and sought advice, and now we start.
